Billing and refunds policy
As there is no physical product to return and no delivery of a product, this just leaves billing and refunds policy. Agency listings are billed monthly either via email or as a hard copy invoice. Private listers must pay via credit card (unless negotiated otherwise) and have 24 hours from when they have uploaded their listing to withdraw the listing, and contact Country and Lifestyle immediately to receive a refund. Refunds can be made back through the original credit card used to attain the listing and may be charged an administration fee.
