Launched in the summer of 2008, Country and Lifestyle is a website dedicated to marketing country, coastal, lifestyle and residential property. We pride ourselves as being a website free of advertising other company’s products and services, as we believe it is in the best interests of the vendor or agent to keep the site focussed on property. We intend to grow and continue to meet the needs of our clients, always focussed on the ultimate goal of creating the greatest exposure for each listing. We work in conjunction with the New Zealand Herald and other major newspapers, while keeping a very keen focus on online advertising with Search Engines such as Google to further this goal. We welcome both Real Estate agent and Private vendors to utilize the Country and Lifestyle website as a marketing channel, where other sites prefer to choose one or the other for one primary reason- private vendors are also qualified buyers. By keeping this open, we capture the greatest market of buyers, while including everyone, creating a win-win situation.
We intend to stay as a boutique website, which offers the benefit of specialization on many levels, including understanding our clients’ needs, while understanding how to capture the country property buyer market.
We are pioneers of the "micro site", a concept of hosting each listing on a miniature website. We have implemented this as a way of eliminating distractions for the user, while offering greater versatility and detail for the vendor or agent.
